We do not sell Your data, email address, or any personal information to third parties.Poker and Bankroll Data
The sessions, results, locations, stakes, game types, notes and transactions You enter. If You sign in, this data is backed up to Firebase so You can restore it. Photos You attach to locations are never uploaded.Health Data
With Your permission, the Application reads sleep and mindfulness data from Apple Health to show Your health analytics. This data stays on Your device and is never uploaded, shared or used for advertising. If You record a mood for a session, it is saved to Apple Health and stored with that session, so it is included in Your backup.Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as session statistics, app interactions, and technical identifiers necessary to maintain and improve the Service.Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage and performance.To manage Your Account, including enabling optional features such as cloud backup through Firebase.To provide backup and restore functionality: Your session data and related information are securely stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) to allow recovery in case of device loss, crash, or reinstallation.To power optional AI features: If You choose to use features such as the hand history formatter, the relevant text You provide will be sent to OpenAI's API for processing. This data is used only for generating the requested output and is not sold or repurposed for advertising. Future AI features may similarly involve processing data through OpenAI or similar Service Providers.To power Smart Import: When You import a file from another tracker, the column headers and a small sample of rows (no more than 12) are sent to Anthropic's API to work out how the file is laid out. The full file is processed on Your device.To power Left Pocket Labs: Labs runs on Your device using Apple Intelligence. Nothing You send to Labs leaves Your device.To provide the Leaderboard, described below.To contact You with updates, security notices, or important service-related communications.For internal improvements, such as usage analysis, troubleshooting, and product development.We may also use Your information for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, such as evaluating and improving user experience.Leaderboard
If You are signed in, Your backed-up cash game results from the current year are used to rank You against other Left Pocket players by win ratio, big blinds per hour and hours played. Rankings are calculated once a day on our servers. Only You can see Your own rankings. No other player ever sees Your name, Your sessions or Your individual results, and no other player's data is ever sent to Your device.You are included by default. You can opt out at any time in Settings, Manage Data. Once You opt out, Your results are left out of the next daily update and Your stored rankings are deleted.Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers, including Firebase (Google) for sign-in, data storage and backups; OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features; RevenueCat to process and manage subscriptions; and Mixpanel for app usage analytics. These providers process data only on Our behalf.For business transfers: If the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale.With Affiliates: Subject to this Privacy Policy.With Your consent: For any other purpose not covered here.We do not sell, rent, or disclose Your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Data stored in Firebase may be retained for as long as You maintain an account. Hand history text sent to OpenAI is used for immediate processing only and is not stored permanently by Us. Smart Import samples sent to Anthropic are used for immediate processing only and are not stored by Us.If You delete Your account in the Application, Your backup in Firebase (including all stored backup files) and Your Leaderboard rankings are deleted, and Your Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers outside of Your jurisdiction (for example, Google's, OpenAI's or Anthropic's servers in the United States or elsewhere).
